In order to increase the security of your account online, we suggest using a Username that is not known to others.

- I have more than one Toyota Financial Services finance or lease account. Why aren't all of my TFS accounts showing?
If you have more than one finance or lease account with Toyota Financial Services, the account you designated on your registration form is the account that first appears when you access your account. If you'd like to view all of your TFS finance or lease accounts in the same place, you can add additional accounts. Log in to your account, go to the Account Overview section, and input the required information under Add Another Vehicle near the bottom of the page.
We'll ask you to enter some identifying information about the account you would like to add. Once we validate your information you will have immediate access to that account. In order to link accounts, the account name and social security number must match.

- How can I change the address on my account?
You can update your address online by registering for online account access and then logging in. If necessary, you will be able to change your address by visiting the Account Overview area and clicking Edit next to your listed address. If you are leasing your vehicle, moving to a new state may result in a change in payment amount due to variations in sales or use tax laws.
You can also

When moving your vehicle to a new state, you should contact your insurance agent to ensure that you have the required insurance coverage. You should also contact the DMV for registration issues and necessary paperwork. In most cases, Toyota Financial Services does not allow the removal of vehicles from the continental United States and Alaska.

- I am in the Military or am employed by the United States government, how can I take my vehicle with me if I am leaving the U.S.?
You will need to obtain a letter of Consent from TFS to remove vehicle from U.S. TFS requires the following documents to review and provide consent:
- Copy of the transit Insurance Policy, provided by the United States government, insuring the vehicle from port to port.
- A contact name and number of a third party who TFS can contact during your absence. Please fill out an Authorization to Provide Customer Account Information to a Third Party and return with all other requested information.
- For Military Customers: Copy of your Military Orders outlining the duty station, time frame of the assignment and reporting commanding officer
- For Government Employees: written evidence from the customer’s employer that the customer has been assigned outside of the United States, the name and contact information of the customer’s supervisor/manager, and if appropriate, the time frame of the assignment.
All required documents can be faxed to 319-221-6979. Once TFS has reviewed the required documentation and is approved, you will obtain a consent document identifying the vehicle information and destination. If approved, you will need to obtain insurance in the new country and should make payments to TFS using Military Allotment. Approval to remove your vehicle also serves as approval to bring the vehicle back to the U.S.

- Can I change how my name is reflected on my account?
If your name was misspelled, please send us a copy of your driver's license and social security card. If your name has changed, please send us a copy of the legal document showing your new name (for example, copy of a marriage certificate, or a divorce decree, etc.) Send all documentation to TFS P.O BOX 9490, Cedar Rapids, IA 52409-9490 and remember to include name and account number.

- This flexible, convenient and secure service allows you to schedule a one-time or recurring payment and avoid writing monthly checks.
AutoCheque
- Toyota Financial Services can automatically debit your monthly vehicle payment from the bank account you designate. Just download, complete and submit an Autocheque Form in PDF format and we'll get you started. To view PDF files, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader™.
Pay by Mail
- If you're not sure where to send your payment, login to your TFS account and refer to the Account Overview section.
Pay by Phone
- You can make a payment from your checking account 24 hours a day using our automated phone system by calling 1-800-874-8822. Please have your routing and bank account numbers available when you call. This service may be subject to a fee.
Agent Assisted Phone Pay - You can make a payment from your checking account or with a debit card by calling 1-800-874-8822 and speaking with an agent. This service may be subject to a fee.
Mobile Application – Now you can make a payment using your smartphone by downloading our payment application. - iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch: Look for MyTFS, MyLFS or Scion Solutions in the App Store

Western Union Quick Collect – is a method for TFS/LFS customers to make a guaranteed payment by either cash or credit card directly with Western Union. Once the payment is made WUQC will provide you with a 10 digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
- Customers may call 1-800-325-6000 or access www.westernunion.com for Western Union support.
- Western Union "agent locations" are often located within another type of business (e.g. check cashing facility or food market) other than a Western Union office.
- You will need to provide the following information to Western Union:
- TFS/LFS Account Number
- Company Name, City and State Code Provide based on account type
- Retail – Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, Cactus AZ (respectively)
- Lease – Toyota Lease, Leasecactus AZ (respectively)
- Western Union will collect a fee for the transaction.
CheckFreePay – Cash payments to your account can be made through CheckFreePay. You may visit www.checkfreepay.com for retailer locations.
- You will need the following information to make a payment
- Please bring your billing statement to the CheckFreePay location where you are making your payment. Your billing statement contains all the necessary information to make sure your payment is processed correctly.
- A photo ID.
- CheckFreePay will collect a fee for the transaction

- I did not receive my monthly statement. What should I do?
Billing statements are printed and mailed approximately 17 days prior to your payment due date. If you do not receive your invoice within a reasonable time period, you can mail your payment without the billing statement.
If you would like to request a hard copy of your billing statement, you can submit the Request Billing Statement form in the Mail Center. Please allow seven to 10 days to receive your paper statement.
You may register for online account access and use Pay Online to schedule payments and view statements for the last 12 months.

Yes. When you enroll in our free automatic payment program, AutoCheque, Toyota Financial Services will automatically debit your monthly vehicle payment from the bank account you designate.

- How long will it take for my AutoCheque enrollment and the debit process to begin?
Allow a minimum of 30 days for AutoCheque to begin. Please continue to make any payments on your account until you are notified by mail that you are enrolled in AutoCheque.

- When will my AutoCheque payment be debited from my account?
Each month your payment amount will be automatically debited from your checking or savings account on your payment due date. If the date falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will occur either on the holiday/weekend or the next business day, depending on your financial institution's schedule.

- How do I get payoff information for my vehicle?
Online: Payoff information is available online by registering your account. Once you have registered and logged in, click on Payoff Information in the Account Overview section.
Payoffs are updated every day with current payoff information for all registered customer accounts. The payoff amount quoted on the website is valid for ten days from the date of the quote. This will provide you with sufficient time to review the payoff quote and secure and mail a check to Toyota Financial Services. Additional charges may be assessed if your payment is received after 10 days.
Please note: you may owe amounts in addition to the sum quoted on the payoff information page. If you are a lease customer, please call 1-800-874-8822 to obtain additional information about payoff procedures and find out where to mail your lease payoff.

- How long will it take to receive my title after my account is paid off?
Subject to applicable state laws, paper titles are mailed and electronic titles and/or liens are released to the motor vehicle agency approximately 10 business days after the payoff is received. Allow 15-30 days for receipt of your title based on mail time and/or motor vehicle agency interaction.

- How do I request a due date change or a retail extension?
Log in to your account, and then you may request a Due Date Change or Extension in the Mail Center. After submitting the request, a Toyota Financial Services representative will evaluate whether you qualify.
A due date change will not be processed until approved, a Due Date Change Agreement has been properly signed and accepted by TFS and you have paid all amounts owed in connection with the change.
Note: You may not change your payment due date to the 31st of the month.

- I recently moved to a new state. How do I change the license plate (title) and registration on the vehicle I financed through TFS?
You will need to contact your state or county titling authority to determine the specific requirements for re-titling or re-registering your vehicle. Please provide us with written information regarding your local requirements so that we may assist you in this process. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation must be listed as 1st lienholder on the new title. You are responsible for payment of all fees and expenses associated with this transaction. In most cases, the state requires that the title-holder submit the original title in order to secure a new Certificate of Title. If TMCC holds the title, your local titling authority will generally send us (or provide you with) a request that TMCC forward the title to them. - I am the appointed Estate Administrator for a decedent who financed their vehicle through TFS. There is an outstanding balance on the loan. What are the options available to close the account?
If you are planning to terminate a decedent’s retail installment contract with Toyota Financial Services prior to the scheduled maturity date, you have the following options: Pay Off the Vehicle At any time during the term of the contract, the vehicle may be paid off. If the Estate chooses to do so, you should contact TMCC at 1-800-874-8822 to obtain the amount required to pay off the vehicle. Transfer of Equity You may transfer the contract to an eligible third party. A credit application for the new buyer must be completed and approved prior to the transfer of equity. The new buyer must agree to assume all of the rights and obligations of the original retail installment contract. Contact TMCC at 1-800-874-8822 to obtain the appropriate forms and further instructions. Return the Vehicle to TMCC You may voluntarily surrender the vehicle to TMCC or its authorized agent and terminate the contract early. Please be aware that you may owe additional money after the money received form the sale of the vehicle is deducted from the total amount owed on the account. If you choose this option, contact TMCC at 1-800-874-8822 and inform them of your intentions. TMCC will provide you with further instructions.

Tax Notice to California Lease Customers Effective July 1, 2011, the State of California decreased the state tax rate from 8.25% to 7.25%. Your monthly lease payment amount is calculated based in part on these sales and use tax rates. Therefore, the decrease in the tax rates may result in a decrease in your monthly lease payment.
Effective with billing statements displayed on July 1, 2011 your monthly lease payment amount will reflect any decrease in the tax rates applicable to your lease. To find your current billing statement online including any change in your payment amount, log-in to your account and select "Statements" from the top navigation.
Additionally, if you have set-up a recurring payment schedule through the Pay Online option from lexusfinancial.com or m.lexusfinancial.com it is important that you immediately log in to your account and adjust your payment amount to the new payment amount.

Tax Notice to Connecticut Lease Customers Effective July 1, 2011, the State of Connecticut increased the state sales tax rate from 6.00% to 6.35% on sales and leases of most motor vehicles. In addition, the state is imposing a Luxury tax which will apply to most vehicles with a sales price greater than $50,000 (except for commercial vehicles and those weighing over 12,500 lbs). The Luxury tax rate of 7% is in lieu of the state sales tax rate of 6.35%.
Effective with billing statements displayed on July 1, 2011 your monthly lease payment amount will reflect any increase in the tax rates applicable to your lease. To find your current billing statement online including any change in your payment amount, log in to your account and select "Statements" from the top navigation.
