What You Need to Know

Toyota vehicles are eligible for these plans if:
- The vehicle was not eligible for ToyotaCare
- No age or mileage limits
- Customer does not already have a Prepaid Maintenance plan
Coverage begins at the point of sale

- Other services as stated by vehicle maintenance guide
- Tire rotations
- Multi-point inspections (includes inspection and fluid level adjustement)
- Air filter changes (battery electric vehicles only)

Roadside Assistance includes2:
- 24/7 call center
- Change flat tires
- Jump start battery
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Towing/winching
- Lock-out service

These inspections vary based on model but can include:
- Fluids inspected and replenished
- Brake master cylinder, linings and pads
- Coolant
- Clutch master cylinder (manual transmission)
- Differential
- Transfer case (4WD models)
- Transmission
- Windshield washer
- Air filter
- Axle boots (damage/leaks)
- Drive belts (cracking/damage/wear)
- Exhaust system/muffler
- Hoses (cracking/leaks)
- PCV valve (if applicable)
- Shock absorbers/suspension
- Tire pressure (check and adjust)
- Tire wear
- Windshield wipers

Coverage can be transferred once from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers. A $50 transfer fee applies.

You can cancel your Prepaid Maintenance Plan within the first 30 days (60 days in California) for a full refund if no benefits have been paid. If benefits have been paid, or if you are cancelling after the first 30 days (60 days in California) please ask your dealer or refer to your agreement upon purchase.
The purchase of a Voluntary Protection Product is optional, cancelable (subject to specific agreement terms) and not required to obtain credit.

The use of a synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil may require changing less often. Consult your vehicle’s Warranty & Maintenance Guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.

Certain Toyota vehicles may already include a 24/7 Roadside Assistance program depending on your vehicle’s Safety Connect features. If a vehicle already has 24/7 roadside assistance, no additional roadside assistance benefit will be provided with the purchase of a pre paid maintenance contract. Roadside Assistance protection is valid only for the vehicle noted here. Lockout Protection does not include the cost of key replacement. Emergency fuel delivery includes up to three (3) gallons of gasoline twice per calendar month at no charge. Towing will be provided to the nearest Toyota dealership or Toyota dealership of the customer’s choice, or authorized service facility (as determined by vehicle make except alternative fuel vehicles, including electric and fuel cell vehicles, which may be towed to an authorized charging or fueling station). Maximum towing distance for Toyota Service Care and Toyota Auto Care is 400 miles, maximum towing distance for ToyotaCare Plus and ToyotaCare Plus Service Drive is 25 miles. Does not include parts and fluids, except emergency fuel delivery. Certain restrictions may apply. Please check with your dealer for details. Valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska.
