Unsecured Term Debt

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) is a frequent issuer in the global markets, committed to maintaining funding diversity and exceptional liquidity. TMCC issues debt in various formats including fixed or floating rate and callable structures denominated in USD and other global currencies.

TMCC benefits from parallel credit support agreements that exist between our indirect parent, Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC) and TMCC, and between our ultimate parent, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and TFSC. Any obligations that arise under these credit support agreements rank pari passu with any other senior unsecured debt obligations of the provider of credit support, and holders of securities benefiting from these credit support agreements have the right to claim directly against TFSC and TMC to perform their respective obligations under the credit support agreements.
