What You Need to Know
Under the terms of your Toyota Financial Services lease, you may be responsible for any wear and use damage that is considered excessive. However, the TFS Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan waives charges for qualifying damages (up to program limits) at lease-end.

The Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan is available only when you lease your new or Certified Used Toyota, and only at time of lease inception. The Toyota Financial Services Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan is not available in all states. See your Toyota dealer for more information. Plan is only available on leases through your Toyota dealer and Toyota Financial Services based on approved credit. Please see your Excess Wear & Use Protection Lease Addendum for full details on terms, limitations and exclusions. The plan must coincide with the lease agreement term, and is available for lease terms up to 60 months.

Limitations include a single event at $1000 or less. Additional limitations may apply. For complete list of limitations please ask your dealer or refer to the Excess Wear & Use agreement you signed when purchasing the plan.

Only transferable with the reassignment of the original lease contract. The new vehicle lessee will take over your original lease contract.

You can cancel your Excess Wear & Use Protection within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, unless a claim has been submitted, or unless otherwise required by state law. To cancel 31 days or more after plan purchase, please contact your dealer or refer to your EWU agreement. You cannot reinstate your Excess Wear & Use Protection after cancellation.
