Vehicles are eligible for new vehicle Vehicle Service Agreements (VSAs) up to 3 years or 36,000 total vehicle miles, whichever comes first. Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle and zero miles.4  Coverage expires at maximum time or mileage of the selected plan, whichever comes first.
Roadside Assistance5
Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns, to the nearest authorized servicing facility), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).
Substitute Transportation6

$0 or $100 disappearing deductible per eligible repair visit. Deductibles can only be waived by the selling dealer. A disappearing deductible is a deductible that is waived if the repair visit is performed by the dealer who sold the VSA plan.
Transferability
Coverage can be transferred once, at no cost, from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers (see Terms of Agreement).
Cancellation
You can cancel your VSA within 30 days for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee (as permitted by state law). Cancellations will be prorated if applied for after 30 days or if a claim is paid. Please see your dealer for state-specific cancellation policies.

  3. Time and mileage coverage periods for Used Vehicle Plans are measured from Agreement Application Date and Agreement Application Mileage. Coverage expires upon reaching the maximum time or mileage of the coverage period selected, whichever occurs first. Ineligible vehicles include taxis, shuttle, commuter, municipal, professional, medical, emergency or police vehicles, salvage vehicles, all vehicles used or to be used for competitive driving or racing, vehicles used or to be used for plowing snow or towing a trailer in a manner exceeding manufacturer's recommendations, and all vehicles to be held by the purchaser or lessee for hire to the public or for hire to any persons not affiliated with the vehicle purchaser or lessee.

  4. Coverage under the VSA is secondary to, among others agreements, any manufacturer warranty, other valid repair agreement or vehicle.

  5. Roadside assistance services provided by and through Cross Country Motor Club Inc. and Cross Country Motor Club of California Inc.

  6. Available if vehicle is inoperable due to the mechanical failure of a covered component. Valid receipts will be required for reimbursement.

  7. Plans feature $0 or $100 deductible options. Deductible applies to each eligible repair visit. The deductible is the dollar amount you pay for authorized claims related to a single repair visit. If the disappearing deductible option is selected and the selling dealer of the VSA performs covered repairs, the $100 deductible will be waived. Otherwise the full deductible amount applies.

What You Need to Know

Vehicle Eligibility3
Vehicles are considered eligible if they are within current plus 12 model years and have fewer than 150,000 total vehicle miles.4 Used vehicle plans must be purchased at the time of the used vehicle sale only.
Roadside Assistance5
Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).
Substitute Transportation6
Coverage provides up to $35 per day for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval for expenses incurred.
Travel Protection, Lodging, and Meals6
Coverage provides up to $50 per day for lodging and meals if you're more than 150 miles from home. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval. There is a maximum of 4 days over the life of your agreement.
Deductible Options7
$0 or $100 disappearing deductible per eligible repair visit. Deductibles can only be waived by the selling dealer. A disappearing deductible is a deductible that is waived if the repair visit is performed by the dealer who sold the VSA plan.
Transferability
Coverage can be transferred once, at no cost, from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers (see Terms of Agreement).
Cancellation
You can cancel your VSA within 30 days for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee (as permitted by state law). Cancellations will be prorated if applied for after 30 days or if a claim is paid. Please see your dealer for state-specific cancellation policies.
