There are a few things your Toyota dealer will need to get the process started, including a credit application and a few other documents.

Dealer needs may vary, but you should be sure to bring the following documents with you.

  1. Credit application. Download it, fill it out, and bring the completed form to your dealer.
  2. Verification of corporate existence and corporate name.
    Examples: Copy of fictitious name filing, Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement, Business License, etc.
  3. Verification of authenticity and authority of signers.
    Examples: Certified Resolution and Incumbency Certificate.
  4. Financial documentation. Typically, you will need to provide financial documentation. This may include tax returns from the two most recent years as well as your most recent personal tax return.
