Why can’t I access My Documents or the tax statement via the link in my email or text message?

Attempt the following steps to get to My Documents and the 2025 Interest Statement:

For Desktop Browser: Select Menu > My Documents

For Mobile Browser: Select Menu > Manage Account > My Documents

For Mobile App: Select Profile Icon > My Documents
