Pre-inspections should be scheduled directly with your dealer. Reach out to your originating dealer – or any participating Toyota dealer – to schedule a courtesy pre-inspection appointment. If you don’t remember your originating dealer or need to find their phone number, log in to your account and check your account information.

Your pre-inspection will remain valid for 60 days. You should also allow enough time to fix any repairs identified during the inspection in order to avoid excessive wear and use charges. We recommend scheduling your pre-inspection around 30-60 days before returning your vehicle.

Please note that courtesy pre-inspections are not available in Hawaii or for leases originating in New Hampshire or Wisconsin.
