What can I do to protect my TFS account?

  1. Change your Username and Passwords regularly

  2. Log out after using the TFS website or app  

  3. Clear your web browser’s cache to ensure no else can view your information

  4. Do not respond to TFS-branded emails you think may be fraudulent (NOTE: TFS will never send you an email asking for personal information) 

  5. Never share personal information such as your SSN, account number, or password with an unauthorized or suspicious entity.

  6. If you suspect a breach of security regarding your TFS account, contact our Customer Service Center
