Log in to your account, and from your Dashboard, click “Request Change” located under the due date. After submitting the request, a Customer Service Team member will evaluate your request and respond online.
A due date change will not be processed until it has been properly signed by you and approved by TFS, and you have paid all amounts owed in connection with the change.
Note: Finance accounts may not change their payment due date to the 31st of any month.
Note: Lease accounts may not change their payment due date to the 29th, 30th or 31st of any month.
