What should I do if I do not receive my monthly statement?

If you don't receive your monthly statement within a reasonable time period, feel free to mail your payment without it. Billing statements are printed and mailed about 17 days prior to the date your payment is due. If you’d like a copy of your billing statement, log in to your account and from your Dashboard, scroll down the page and click “Billing Statements.” Download up to 13 months of your statements.
