A lease deferral occurs when a monthly payment is moved to the end of your lease, which results in moving the maturity date back by the same number of months. While Toyota Financial Services does offer lease deferrals in the case of a temporary hardship, they do require evaluation and approval on a case-by-case basis and could result in additional charges. 

To request an evaluation to see if you can get a deferral, simply log in to your account and create a new request in the Support Center. 

To request a lease deferral:

1. Log in to the Support Center
2. Click on “Create/View” under “My Requests”
3. Then, click on “Create New Request” from the upper right corner, and follow the on-screen instructions
