A loan extension is when a monthly payment is moved to the end of your loan agreement, and it constitutes a change in payment terms for your Retail Installment Contract (your loan agreement). Please keep in mind that, while your payment may move and the term of your agreement will increase by the same number of payments you skip (typically just one or two), your interest will still be calculated daily in accordance with the terms of your agreement and may result in additional finance charges. 

All extensions require evaluation and approval by Toyota Financial Services. To request an evaluation to see if you may get an extension, simply log in to your account and create a new request in the Support Center. 

To request a loan extension: 

1. Click here to log in to the Support Center 
2. Click on “Create/View” under “My Requests”  
3. Then, in the top right corner, click on “Create New Request” and follow the on-screen instructions
