What should I do if my device is lost or stolen?
You should contact your mobile carrier first, then contact our Customer Service Center and let us know that you device has been lost or stolen. We can disable the login feature within the fingerprint authentication feature on the myTFS app.
If you have the Find My iPhone app on your Apple mobile device, or the Find My Device app on your Android mobile device, you can lock your device and keep your information safe. Contact Apple or Google for more information.
