Will I still be able to make principal only payments on the new website?

Yes, you will still be able to make principal only payments in the new payment experience. When you select “Make a One Time Payment” on the dashboard or the main menu you will find the “Make A Principal Only Payment” button in the center of the page.  From there simply follow the prompts to submit your payment. You can make one principal only payment per 24 hours on the website or mobile app. 

If you scheduled a principal only payment before the launch of our new payment experience, that payment will process, and no action is required.  If you need to edit or make changes to a one-time scheduled principal only payment, you can do so by canceling and setting up a new payment with the necessary modifications.
