Follow these steps to cancel Paperless and receive your billing statements in paper form:
- Log in to the website
- Select “Menu” from the top navigation bar
- Select “Billing Statements” under Manage Account
- Toggle the “Go Paperless” button to Off
- Select "Disable Paperless" on the pop-up
All statements will remain available online.
Note: If we've posted a paperless statement to your account prior to your Paperless cancellation, a paper statement (for your current payment) will not be mailed to you. You are still required to send in your payment by the due date. After we have processed your Paperless cancellation, paper statements will be mailed to you.
