Why Are Toyota Service Centers a Good Idea?

Explore the benefits of visiting a Service Center for your Toyota's needs.

Vehicle maintenance or repairs can be stressful, or even confusing, especially when they’re unexpected. The good news is your friends at Toyota are working every day to change that dynamic. Your safety, convenience and peace of mind are always at the top of our priority list and TFS’ commitment to its owners means we are constantly innovating to improve your ownership experience, which includes service, maintenance and repairs.

The dedicated professionals at Toyota Service Centers are committed to putting your well-being first when you’re on the road. That’s why our Service Centers use Genuine Toyota Parts--to ensure the quality and dependability you associate with Toyota. They’re parts you can trust, installed and maintained by highly trained Toyota Professional Automotive Technicians. This means your Toyota stays a Toyota.

Toyota Service Centers also keep a detailed record of all your visits so you don't have to. You can learn about the factory-recommended maintenance for your Toyota vehicle, and even schedule an appointment.

Vehicle Service Agreements are flexible, too, and range in protection levels. Platinum Protection is the highest level and provides the most protection that TFS offers after your vehicle's warranty expires. If you’re not quite ready to go Platinum, don’t fret; all our protection plans are excellent. Gold Protection offers coverage for your new Toyota's (many) eligible component repairs and parts after your vehicle's warranty expires, including more than a few not covered in our base plan, which to be perfectly honest, is not that basic. In fact, we’re pretty proud of our Powertrain Protection plan. Our most economical offering, it covers your Toyota's engine, transmission, axle-assembly and other eligible components after your vehicle's factory warranty expires. Want to compare them? We’ve got you covered there, too.

Toyota’s Prepaid Maintenance Plans are also designed to fit every new or used Toyota vehicle and budget. Every new Toyota comes with ToyotaCare, a maintenance plan that covers normal factory scheduled maintenance with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota for up to two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, and 24-hour roadside assistance is also included for two years, no matter how many miles.

When you’ve surpassed those benchmarks, a slate of ToyotaCare Plus service options helps you continue to seamlessly keep your Toyota vehicle in tip-top shape. Plans range from 3 years or 35,000 miles all the way up to 5 years or 75,000 miles. You’ll find a detailed list of coverage and plans here

Fixed Right the First Time

Sure you could have your new Toyota or Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) serviced at any mechanic or repair shop, but why would you? The smartest, easiest thing to do is to hop online and schedule a visit to your local Toyota Service Center for maintenance or repair.

Regular service can help you keep little things from becoming big things and is an important part of protecting your safety, your Toyota vehicle and the investment you’ve made. Toyota’s commitment to its customers runs deep. In fact, they’re even represented in the Toyota logo! The space in the background within the logo exhibits the infinite values Toyota conveys to its customers: superb quality, value beyond expectation, joy of driving, innovation, integrity in safety, the environment and social responsibility.
